No shuttling between hotels, no splitting the group across town.

Room for the whole team

The villa sleeps up to 26 across three self-contained apartments and seven en-suite bedrooms, so colleagues have their own space to retreat to and shared areas to come back together. Long tables, terraces and the pool over the valley make natural settings for working sessions, breakout conversations and end-of-day gatherings.

Team-building & activities

Through our concierge we can arrange team-building and shared experiences that put the countryside to work: truffle and wild-boar hunts, hands-on cooking classes with a local chef, vineyard tours and tastings of Sagrantino and Grechetto, guided cycling and hiking on the Way of St. Francis, and a round at the nearby Antognolla golf course. It is the kind of programme that builds a team without feeling forced.

Getting here

The estate is in northern Umbria near the Tuscan border, about 35 minutes from Arezzo, with rental cars available at the station. Fly into Perugia (San Francesco d'Assisi) for the shortest transfer, or Florence, Bologna and Rome for wider connections, then drive to the villa.
