Searching for a peaceful place to host a church retreat or group getaway in Italy? Villa dei Sette Alberi is a restored villa in the Umbrian hills near Assisi and the Way of St. Francis — a quiet, welcoming setting for faith-based groups, ministry teams and gatherings that want room to reflect and be together.
A peaceful setting for reflection
Set among olive groves, gardens and open countryside, the villa offers the stillness a retreat needs. Terraces, shaded corners and the grounds give space for prayer, study, quiet conversation or simply rest, while the pool over the valley and the firepit draw everyone back together as the day winds down.
Room for the whole group
The villa sleeps up to 26 across three self-contained apartments and seven en-suite bedrooms, so a church group, small congregation or ministry team can stay together, share meals, and gather for sessions without leaving the property. Large shared tables and living spaces suit group discussion, worship and fellowship.
Near Assisi & the Way of St. Francis
The estate sits within easy reach of Assisi and the Basilica of St. Francis, with the Way of St. Francis (Via di Francesco) pilgrimage route close by — the Northern Way from La Verna to Assisi, and the Southern Way from Rome to Assisi. It is a meaningful base for a spiritual retreat in the heart of Italy.
